 | working lives and private lives in balance. While the politicians are still arguing about how to best combine family and career, Fujitsu Siemens Computers started this pilot project close to the Domagkstraße in Munich. This dedication was certified by the Bavarian State Department for work, social issues, family and women, by Munich’s mayor, Christian Ude, and by the Kindertagesstätte Haar gGmbH. Now, Fujitsu Siemens Computers is officially a “family friendly” company. "The decision to sponsor the day care center came out of a real need as we had a number of mothers who wanted to return to work a short time after having children," explained Bernd Bischoff. |
