		RPG3-XT (BS2000/OSD)
		An extended compiler and runtime system for RPG3, an easy-to-learn, report-oriented programming language.
		Current version: V4.0 RPG3 is a compiler for the programming language RPG3 (Report Program Generator), an easy-to-learn report-oriented programming language designed for the solution of typically commercial problems. RPG3 is a powerful language requiring only little coding effort on the part of the user. RPG3 is particularly suitable for the transfer and updating of large data sets, for rapid generation and convenient editing of reports, as well as for complex interactive applications. An RPG3 program consists of a sequence of different statement types. Each statement type has a fixed format. The compiler supports the PLAM library concept. Sources, copy elements and link and load modules can be stored in libraries. The compiler can both read from and write to libraries.
