If your computer has a major problem, the only way to have it repaired would be to send the entire computer to Japan.
FMV models can only be repaired by our qualified Repair Centre personnel in Japan.
We are sorry to inform you that there are no repair centers overseas.

Please Note :
If there is any requirement for repair service, the Japanese repair center cannot accept the repair order directly from an overseas customer.
We kindly advise you to contact your friends or relatives who reside in Japan to help you consulting the matter with our call center in Japan.
