The Solution Specification service provides you with a detailed implementation guide for your future IT landscape. This service is the necessary basis for proper implementation, and we’ll be right there at your side to assist. This service gives you a basis for implementation, in accordance with your requirements for functionality, quality, costs and adherence to delivery dates. You receive:
- A detailed system configuration,
- The solution parameters (system names, IP addresses, etc.),
- The incorporation of SAP IT infrastructure into your network topology,
- Integration into your existing IT landscape (backup, print, etc.),
- Time and resource planning for the services being performed,
- The definition of roles and responsibilities in the project.

The Solution Specification Service covers four phases |
- Workshop for agreeing configuration and implementation details.
- Creation of the document "Solution Specification SAP IT Infrastructure".
- Acceptance of the "Solution Specification SAP IT Infrastructure" by the customer.
- Forwarding of the solution specification to FlexFrame preproduction.
