This agreement includes support service between the two companies so customers can purchase pre-loaded hardware systems and get support from FSC for both hardware and software.
Services are provided for all certified PRIMERGY and PRIMEQUEST platforms, supporting both X86 and IA64 architectures, and for all versions of RHEL, including AS, ES and WS.
