- RAID 1: Defines disk mirroring for simultaneous writing of data on two disks. If one drive becomes defective, all data can be accessed on the second drive
Disk Duplexing: In addition to Disk Mirroring, an additional, redundant controller is used to increase fault tolerance for high performance or high security
