Satoru joined Fujitsu Limited as a systems engineer in 1976, going on to become Group President. He has held a variety of positions in Japan as well as the United States. Hayashi has a degree in economics from the University of Tokyo. |

steered the company as well as customers in real-life implementations of e.g. Dynamic IT and Mobility topics. Joseph joined the company in 1998, as the Head of Technology Marketing from IBM where he acted as Executive Consultant and Chief IT Architect. Joseph started his career in academic research (physics and computer sciences). He studied in Budapest, Hungary and Trondheim, Norway, earned his first academic degree in Budapest, his PhD in Cologne, Germany and spent 3 years as visiting scientist at the University of California in Santa Cruz, USA, engaged in interdisciplinary research of complex systems. Subsequently, he obtained the highest German academic degree (habilitation) at the University of Mainz, Germany. |
