Fujitsu Siemens Computers - We make sure
ABOUT US

IT with a sense of responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Fujitsu Siemens Computers

At Fujitsu Siemens Computers our brand promise is to ensure that we act and behave with a sense of responsibility in everything we do. From our design and manufacturing process to our interaction with customers and suppliers, this sense of responsibility guides our business and the day-to-day manner in which we carry out that business. We see this is as one of our core strengths, and we believe it sets us apart from our competitors. It is IT - with a sense of responsibility.

Socially and environmentally this sense of responsibility has never had more resonance. As a leading European IT provider with more than 11,000 employees, operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and a sizeable social and environmental impact, we understand both the need and importance of living up to our responsibilities. For us this means accepting those responsibilities, understanding the long-term effects we as a business have on society and the environment, and developing mutual goals in partnership with our stakeholders with which to manage those impacts. It is a broad promise to all those who have an interest in our business that we are constantly seeking to manage and lower our social and environmental impacts. We do this not because it is required of us, but because as a company with a sense of responsibility it is simply the way we do business.

This section of our website provides further information on how we, as a company, are addressing our social and environmental responsibilities. It covers overall strategy, the way we manage our supply-chain, the way we manage energy usage through to the long-term targets and objectives we have set for the company. We hope you find this site a useful source of information.
