SolutionContract from Fujitsu Siemens Computers offer maintenance & support services for Dynamic Data Center infrastructures. In addition to the classic reactive services they encompass proactive services that identify critical system conditions at an early stage. Thus preventive measures can be taken before serious problems occur. The solution approach behind SolutionContracts also covers additional third party components, for example in storage, which are included in service management. In other words, we handle call acceptance, diagnostics, call forwarding and monitoring the fault elimination.
