| The browser built into the AOL client is incompatible with the Extended Warranty registration site. Users get (erroneous) messages stating the session has expired or that the service is unavailable for temporary maintenance. However if you use AOL to connect to the internet, you can start Internet Explorer at the same time as the AOL client, and then access the registration site using Internet Explorer. This avoids the problem, and your registration can be completed. |
