We have an extensive range of world-class products from lightweight mobile handheld devices to massive business critical Enterprise systems. To complement this, we can offer a portfolio of training courses on all of our products. These are available to our sales and service partners and our end users.

Our Elite program contains product-related Sales and Technical courses aimed specifically at our UK Channel partner companies. The Elite Technical courses are also suitable for end users wishing to acquire in-depth knowledge to assist them with installation and configuration of their chosen products. The Elite Sales courses may also be attended by end users but will be chargeable.
Our Service program offers a range of technical courses aimed specifically at those providing ongoing service and support on our products. Our UK Service Partner companies will be expected to attend these events in order to maintain their knowledge of our products, thereby providing effective and efficient service. However, these courses will also be open to end users who may have IT departments or help desks offering support to users within their company.
Whilst most events take place within the UK, some may be scheduled to run at our training facilities in Germany. Please check the location details on the schedule. All prices quoted are for the event only and do not include VAT or any travel or accommodation.
