A charge will be levied for all of our courses. However, sales and presales courses may be offered FREE OF CHARGE to Channel Sales partners.
We have strict cancellation terms and conditions which apply equally to courses offered free of charge. Please refer to our booking terms and conditions.
Chargeable course bookings will only be confirmed when an acceptable payment method has been received (cheque or official company purchase order. Credit cards cannot be accepted).

A Standard Scheduled course is predefined, appears in our regular training program, takes place at a Fujitsu Siemens Computers specified location and is publicly advertised.
Courses held at a Fujitsu Siemens Computers UK Location
Per delegate per day rate £295 (excluding BladeFrame)
Courses held outside of the UK
Prices vary depending upon the training provider and location. Please refer to the schedule for details.

A specific request can be made to run a scheduled course where the number of delegates is known to be less than the course-defined minimum number. In this case, the Exclusive course rates will apply and delegates will be charged accordingly. |

Exclusive courses are bespoke events tailored to a client's specific needs. They may also be a standard scheduled course purchased solely for the client’s private use.
External Location courses may be Exclusive or Standard Scheduled courses held at a location that is not a Fujitsu Siemens Computers office.
All Exclusive and External Location courses must be requested, specified and priced.
The information below is for guidance only. A final 'all inclusive' price will be quoted when the course is specified.
Per course per day rate £1450 (excluding BladeFrame)
Exclusive courses may also incur an additional course development fee. This will be established when the course is specified but is typically £600 per day.
For External Location courses, the client must pay trainer travel and accommodation expenses plus any equipment freight charges. These are charged at cost and will be estimated at the time of course specification for bespoke events.

Total cancellation of a confirmed exclusive course booking will be accepted in writing (letter, fax or E-Mail) up to sixty days before the start of the event, without charge unless an external location is involved (see below) where additional conditions may apply.
Total cancellation of a confirmed booking less than sixty days before the start of the event will result in Fujitsu Siemens Computers Limited making a charge for all costs involved, including any development and venue costs. In addition, the scheduled course change and cancellation conditions and charges apply.

Total cancellation of a confirmed booking to be held at an external location will be accepted in writing (letter, fax or E-Mail) up to sixty days before the start of the event, without charge unless the venue requires even longer notification. In this case the venue’s conditions will apply.
Total cancellation of a confirmed booking less than sixty days, or less than the venue’s free of charge conditions if longer, before the start of the event will result in Fujitsu Siemens Computers Limited making a charge for all costs incurred. In addition, the scheduled course change and cancellation conditions and charges apply.
