All of our product sales training courses assume that the participant has general industry knowledge. This is a prerequisite. Before registering for a Mobility course we recommend that participants have the relevant knowledge of Desktop PCs and Notebooks. Fujitsu Siemens Computers does not provide this level of training, as there are many suitable courses available through other training centers, eLearning and self-study course providers.
A prerequisite for attending a PRIMERGY server course is a good basic knowledge of Intel server systems. If the participant only has knowledge of Desktop PC and Notebook systems, we recommend they complete an introduction course to Intel technology server systems. Fujitsu Siemens Computers has a self-study web based course and test to meet this need. It is our Fit for Intel Based Servers module and will provide the relevant server prerequisite. This module is available on our Channel Partner Portal.
A prerequisite for attending a PRIMEPOWER server course is a good basic knowledge of general server systems. If the participant has knowledge of the UNIX server marketplace, this will be an advantage. Fujitsu Siemens Computers does not provide basic UNIX server training.
