After this course participants will be able to efficiently install and configure the relevant products. A large number of hands on labs simulating a real customer environment ensures a rapid transfer of acquired knowledge into practical every day work.
The Elite program is not designed to provide in-depth knowledge suitable for field service and technical support activities. There is a separate program of training for our Service Partners that meets this need. Further information can be found under the Service Partner heading.
Please note that Fujitsu Siemens Computers is no longer scheduling Desktop PC or Notebook technical training courses for installation and configuration personnel. Channel partners who feel they have a need for technical tuition on these products may join a Service Partner course.
All of our product technical training courses assume that the participant has general industry knowledge relevant to the course. This is a prerequisite, as we do not teach basic knowledge.
