SERVICE PARTNER

Strategic Service Partner Technical Support and Field Service staff

These partners perform the main field service and support operations on our products and require the best possible information from us. They require a complete understanding of all the technical aspects of the products including detailed knowledge of the technologies used within them, their specification, configuration, support, maintenance and repair. Also required is knowledge of sources of information, documentation, driver and utility software, etc. Furthermore, they will be expected to conduct their own pro-active internal Rollout training events from information provided by us. Service Partner courses are recommended for this group.


Other Service Partner Technical Support and Field Service staff

Similar to the strategic partners, these people also require in-depth knowledge and our standard Service Partner courses are ideal in many cases. For some though, the range of products they service may be limited. For this reason, their training requirements may be unique, as they may not wish to attend a full standard course. Furthermore, they may not have the capability to conduct their own internal Rollout training. Bespoke courses may be an alternative option for this group.
