Innovation is driven by the Corporate Technology team, headed up by our CTO Dr Joseph Reger. Corporate Technology is comprised of two main departments – the Innovation Office and the Technology Office.
The Innovation Office is responsible for fostering innovation internally, although it also handles some external initiatives. The Technology Office is responsible for investigating long-term market trends, and is seen as the company expert in this area.
But it is the passion, creativity and curiosity of all employees that is central to driving innovation at the company. Ultimately, innovation is everybody’s responsibility. |
