PARTNER ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS

Partners are expected to have the internal resources to support the level of Fujitsu Siemens business that they are achieving by having trained technical representatives supporting their specific business areas; they will also be expected to attend regular update sessions. Each partner will agree their training needs with the Fujitsu Siemens Computers Services department on an ongoing base and be expected to fulfill these targets.


Qualified Service Partner

To obtain Qualified Service Partner status, a minimum of one 2nd Level support engineer must attend a product foundation course for each and every product that the partner is servicing. Where the partner’s support organisation is structured by product group, a different engineer per product group will be required.

To maintain accreditation, attendance on all subsequent Fujitsu Siemens Computers update workshops for the same products is required of the same engineer(s) that received the foundation training.


Authorised Service Partner


To obtain Authorised Service Partner status, a minimum of two 1st Level service engineers must attend a product foundation course for each and every product that the partner is servicing. Where the partner’s support organisation is structured by product group, two different engineers per product group will be required.

To maintain accreditation, attendance on all subsequent Fujitsu Siemens Computers update workshops for the same products is required of the same engineers that received the foundation training.


Certified Service Partner

To obtain Certified Service Partner status, a minimum of two 2nd Level support engineers must attend a product foundation course for each and every product that the partner is servicing. Where the partner’s support organisation is structured by product group, two different engineers per product group will be required.

In addition, the partner will be expected to have sufficient 1st Level service engineers trained appropriate to their level of business.

To maintain accreditation, attendance on all subsequent Fujitsu Siemens Computers update workshops for the same products is required of the same engineers that received the foundation training.


Strategic Service Partner

To obtain Strategic Service Partner status, a minimum of one Accredited Trainer must attend a product foundation course for each and every product that the partner is servicing. This trainer will then be expected to deliver Fujitsu Siemens Computers product training to 1st and 2nd Level Support Engineers, only within the partner company, using course material previously approved by Fujitsu Siemens Computers Limited. Where the partner’s support organisation is structured by product group, a different trainer per product group will be required.

In addition, the partner will be expected to have sufficient trained 1st Level service engineers appropriate to their level of business. They must also have a minimum of two 2nd Level support engineers trained on every product the partner is servicing.

To maintain accreditation, attendance on all subsequent Fujitsu Siemens Computers approved update workshops for the same products is required of the same trainer(s), 1st and 2nd Level engineers that received the foundation training.
